Harley Trike

Converting this 1992 FLHS to a trike seriously taxed my skills and patience! The assembly is basically a Paughco clone of Harley’s trike, but due to the FLHS having a different triple tree assembly than any other bike, I was obligated to modify and fabricate every component for the extra 6˚ of rake necessary to keep the trike stable. The Baker reverse kit was a breeze to install, a new mainshaft and side cover to house the gears, forks and solenoids to operate the system replaced the stock components perfectly. And best of all, Danny is ecstatic with the finished product!!

Now that I have a trike kit notch on my belt, I am ready to tackle the next one!!

Baby Moon hubcaps were the finishing touch that added the styling.

Baker 5 speed gear driven reverse works perfectly!!
