Even though Yamaha built the XVS 1100 Drag Star from 1999 to 2004, this is the first one I’ve ever seen! G6 MotoSports modified this 2001 example with loads of chrome goodies, braided cables, pull back risers and a skull air cleaner that’s almost as loud as the two into one shorty exhaust!! Getting the fuel mixture correct with these mods proved quite tricky, but we persevered and got it spot on! Stronger and sleeker than ever, the owner was ecstatic with the end result!!
