First step in returning this Trophy Trail to it’s former state of beauty is pulling the engine and repair and replace as necessary. Then we will apply a little bit of spit shine to the cases and covers before moving on to the frame and front end. Someone mated this Japanese front wheel and disc brake system quite poorly to our poor girl, but she’s lucky to have found an avid enthusiast who wants to make her the way she was.

Blue silicon is not a viable replacement for gaskets…
