I don’t really like working on cars, but restoration of a classic muscle car is something I can dig and it will help keep me busy through the long, slow winter… And it’s just one of those timeless pieces of Americana that many a young lad dreamt of sliding through the streets of San Francisco like Steve McQueen, who also rode motorcycles on and off road for fun. Ergo, it’s little more than a bike with two extra wheels… I tell myself.
